In-Store Pickup

Linens 'n Things is pleased to offer In-Store Pickup for select items. With this feature, select items in your Shopping Cart will be available to be picked up at your local Linens 'n Things retail location.

If you would like to order items for In-Store Pickup, first check to see if they are available by entering your ZIP code in the space provided. After entering your ZIP code, a pop-up window will appear with stores located in your general vicinity. If you wish to pick up items In-Store, click the button in the column of the store of your choice (with at least one of the items in stock) then click the "Continue" button on the screen. You will then be taken to an Item Review page, where you will have the option to pick up the selected items at your local Linens 'n Things retail store. If you wish to use In-Store Pickup, click the box saying "Yes, I want to pick up items at my local store," then click the "Proceed to Secure Checkout" button.

When the order is complete, you will receive two e-mails from www.lnt.com; the first confirming your order has been received, and the second confirming the retail location has processed the order and your order is ready to be picked up. You may then go to the designated retail location to pick up the item. Please note: Do not go to the selected Linens 'n Things retail location until you have received both confirmation e-mails from www.lnt.com.

For your protection, we will also ask you to present a valid photo ID and the credit card or other payment tender used for purchase when you pick up the item(s). For faster service, please bring a copy of your e-mail stating the item is ready for pickup at the store when you go to pick up the order. Additionally, orders can only be processed during regular store hours and if you (the purchaser) will not be present at the time of pickup, the person picking up the order must provide a valid photo ID, the last 4-digits of the credit card, and the security code found on the credit card use to make the purchase.
